Job summary

Maxim Lending Corp. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Loan Officer to join our California team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of mortgage experience and a proven track record of closing loans across FHA, VA, and conventional programs.

You will work with top lenders, access diverse programs, and leverage industry tools like Calyx Point LOS and Velocify CRM to source, process, and close loans efficiently. Strong communication and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage industry experience.
• Active NMLS license (multiple states).
• Preferred DRE license (1099) or DFPI license.
• Proof of recent production.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan origination software.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loan programs.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans and manage the loan process from application to closing.
• Submit loans to top lenders and access multiple loan programs (FHA, VA, conventional).
• Provide excellent client service and maintain lender relationships.
• Keep updated on industry regulations and licenses.
