Longbridge Financial is seeking a Funding Coordinator to support in-office loan funding activities in Paramus, NJ. The role involves daily wire requests, coordination with accounting and banks, and timely communication with title companies.

Qualifications include attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Excel/Outlook. This is a full-time, in-office position with benefits and a base salary of 43k–48k plus performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing loan fundings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily wire requests to accounting department for loan fundings.
• Coordinate and communicate daily fundings with accounting department and warehouse banks for HELOC loans.
• Assign and monitor HELOC loans scheduled to fund to ensure timely review and escalate issues to management.
• Communicate with title companies and partners to obtain closing packages in a timely manner for multiple channels and products.
• Assign files to a Funding Specialist based on priority, product, channel, and availability.
• Communicate with management of potential delays that could affect funding or purchases.
• Receipt in new loans and upload documents to ICE for indexing.
• Manage Funding Department inbox including answering general funding questions and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain logs of loan files and review daily Funding Reconciliation Log to ensure data integrity.
