Longbridge Financial in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Funding Specialist to review closing packages for pre-funding and pre-purchase compliance before wires are funded or loans purchased. This on-site role supports collaboration with loan officers, settlement agents and lenders to ensure timely funding and purchase.

The position emphasizes precise attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:00.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review closing packages for pre-funding and pre-purchase compliance.
• Coordinate with inside staff, loan officers, settlement agents and lenders to fund and purchase loans timely.
• Verify that all underwriting pre-funding and pre-purchase conditions are met.
• Maintain data integrity of LOS fields.
• Verify and balance wire amounts for daily reconciliation.
• Coordinate with settlement agents to ensure loans are fully disbursed.
