Job summary

Leverage Companies in Newark, NJ is seeking a detail‑oriented Loan Origination Analyst to support our Account Executives with organized loan files, document collection, and streamlined communications. This non‑sales role focuses on backend workflow and accuracy.

You will handle data entry in LOS/CRM, prepare summaries, and participate in SOP development. The position may be office‑based with a minimum of 3 in‑office days and offers a starting salary of $40,000 plus variable compensation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in loan processing, financial services, or general administrative operations.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Organize, track, and maintain loan files from application through closing for Loan Officers.
• Collect, review, and upload documentation into internal systems ensuring compliance and completeness.
• Perform data entry, status updates, and loan file audits in CRM and LOS platforms.
• Prepare detailed summaries and reports for borrower updates and team coordination.
• Serve as liaison between underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure smooth loan lifecycle.
