Job summary

Bridgewater Bank and its Loan Administration team in St. Louis Park seeks a diligent Loan Closing Coordinator to manage closing and funding for a diverse loan portfolio while ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal and external policies.

Reporting to the Director of Loan Closing Coordination, you will review files, coordinate with third parties, and monitor lien perfection and post-closing exceptions to maintain compliance and timely funding.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Commercial and Consumer loan processing and/or documentation experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and knowledge of loan documentation rules, regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Completes pre-closing review of loan files and prepare reports/due diligence information.
• Review organizational documents to identify entity structure and signers.
• Verify terms are documentable and align with policy and regulations.
• Manage closing process including documentation, third-party coordination, and funding.
• Clear post-closing exceptions related to lien security interests.
• Monitor lien recording timing and document extensions when needed.
