Job summary

Key duties include submitting daily wire requests to accounting, coordinating fundings with warehouse banks, assigning files by priority, escalating delays, and maintaining organized logs and ICE

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily wire requests to accounting for loan fundings.
• Coordinate fundings with accounting and warehouse banks for HELOC loans.
• Assign HELOC fundings to Funding Specialist based on priority and channel.
• Maintain logs, reconcile funding data, and manage the Funding Department inbox.
