Formación

• Must have knowledge of loan funding procedures for consumer and commercial loans.
• Experience using core banking systems and loan origination platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
• Understanding of lending regulations and compliance (BSA/NCUA).

Responsabilidades

• Complete loan funding for consumer and commercial loans within origination and core banking systems.
• Prepare documentation for new commercial loans and renewals.
• Review and address missing/erroneous information in loan files.
• Ensure accurate review of loan documents and disclosures.
• Provide required documents to members at closings and support fund transfers.
• Perform post-funding activities including UCC filings and document retention.
• Coordinate with loans origination and servicing teams for efficient processes.
• Maintain and organize loan documentation in CMS and third-party systems.
• Handle special projects and respond to member inquiries promptly.
• Close and fund loans in compliance with SLAs and standards.
