Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and human relations skills.
• 1–3 years of financial institution experience or funding capacity.
• 1 year of consumer lending experience.
• College level math and analytical skills.
• Basic PC and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Confirm and verify documents for proper vesting, collateral descriptions and signatures.
• Process auto loans, Auto Buying Service loans and other consumer loans with dealerships and branches.
• Ensure timely receipt of stipulations and funding within guidelines.
• Provide file status updates and clear documentation requirements for funding.
• Prioritize workload and track files; communicate with staff and dealers.
• Perform clerical duties including mail, document uploads, and imaging.
• Stay current with lending updates, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare loan documentation and disburse funds according to policies.
• Resolve issues with branches, members and dealers to complete funding.
• Answer calls and provide loan funding support; assist with servicing questions.
• Monitor tasks on department reports within timeframes.
• Cross-train with Registration and Titling duties as needed.
• Participate in compliance training and AML/BSA procedures.
