Job summary

World Acceptance Corporation in Kentucky is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage collections, and assist customers with tax preparation and related services. The role includes daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and closing loans to meet branch goals.

You will handle high-volume calls, balance accounts, and follow compliant procedures while delivering superior service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to independently perform bank runs, including transporting deposits.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections with measurable results.
• Experience handling high-volume calls and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation services.
• Process payments, account updates, tax documents, and document activity in systems.
• Handle cash and deposits and balance cash as needed.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
