Job summary

Adecco in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Loan File Shipping Clerk to ensure accuracy and timely processing of loan files. You will review, audit, and prepare files for shipment while supporting data entry and coordinating with external partners.

The role offers a pay rate of $18.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay, in a fast-paced environment that values accuracy and reliability. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Preferred 2+ years supporting data entry and document review, mortgage document review a plus.
• Prior experience as a file clerk or in a data-entry role is desirable.
• Proficient in Excel for data review and input.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
• Typing speed of 45+ words per minute.
• Excellent grammar and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
