Job summary

Carvana in Tempe is seeking a Customer Care Advocate to join our in-person team at the Tempe headquarters. You will build trusted relationships with customers, guiding them through buying or selling a vehicle with empathy and expertise, leveraging AI to handle routine tasks.

This full-time, hourly role offers a starting pay of $20/hour with raises to $21/hour by month 4, $22/hour by month 6, and potential $0.50 increases every 90 days after six months, targeting $24+/hour within a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new tools quickly.
• Excellent communication and empathetic problem solving for car buying journeys.
• Fluent reading/writing English.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers via inbound/outbound calls.
• Guide customers through their car-buying or selling journey with empathy and expertise.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment with evolving products and updates.
• Review and verify sensitive customer documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with AI tools to enhance customer interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
