Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates in Tolleson, AZ, with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to help deliver happiness in the car-buying journey and support our rapidly growing team. You will engage with customers on delivery, paperwork, and guidance, helping reintroduce joy to the car purchase.

Shifts run 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm, and team members are asked to be available seven days a week with rotating days off.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles and coordinate with customers on delivery
• Handle customer paperwork and notes in tracking system
• Maintain safe driving record and follow company policies
