Formación

• High school diploma or GED with on-the-job training in a skill area; 2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, write routine correspondence, and communicate with customers and staff.
• Ability to calculate figures and apply fractions, ratios, and percentages.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and interpret instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Prescreens and prepares documentation for consumer, home equity lines of credit, and commercial loan requests.
• Reviews requests for documentation and applies holds as needed.
• Performs CIP checks for borrowers and entities on each loan, change, or credit product.
• Uploads documentation to onBase and prepares packages for e-signatures.
• Responds to lending staff inquiries promptly and maintains accuracy of loan documents.
