Generations Bank in Rogers, AR seeks a Full-Time Loan Servicing Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service throughout the loan processing journey. This onsite role partners with customers and uses cutting-edge financial software to support compliance and accurate data handling.

You will board loans, perform QA and balancing, manage escrow and documentation, and provide cross-functional support to lending teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service abilities and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze loan documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Detail-oriented with strong data-management and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Board completed loans into the bank's host system with accurate data (collateral, UCC, borrowing bases, appraisals).
• Perform QA by auditing loan documents, collateral perfection, and insurance tracking for compliance.
• Manage loan payments, balancing, and general ledger reconciliations; resolve daily G/L outages.
• Oversee escrow files, vendor payments, and exception tracking in specialist software.
• Maintain electronic and physical loan files with indexing and verification for completeness.
• Provide cross-functional support to lending staff and processing teams.
