Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education in a skill area.
• 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills and good documentation/organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.

Responsibilities

• Prescreens and prepares documentation for consumer non-real estate, home equity lines of credit, and commercial loan requests.
• Reviews requests for documentation before determining and applying a hold on the loan submission when applicable.
• Review CIP information for Borrowers, Guarantors, Beneficial Owners and Controllers on each new loan, change in terms, or related activities.
• Completes CIP checklist in onBase and uploads documentation to onBase.
