Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain loan files and documentation with accuracy.
• Prepare and process loan documentation for in-house loans.
• Handle loan maintenance tasks including payments, advances, corrections, late fees, and address changes.
• Assist with inquiries and research related to loans for customers and team members.
• Set up, review and scan auto-transfers and related tasks.
• Pull paid loan files and process collateral releases; manage escrow payments and analyses.
