Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking to hire a Loan Documentation Specialist for a 3-month W2 contract position in Marshall, MN.

Loan Documentation Specialist - Contract

Location: Marshall, MN

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Duration: 3-month contract

Pay Rate: $18-$22/hour on W2

Parking: Free onsite parking

Position Overview

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking to hire a Loan Documentation Specialist to support its Equipment Finance/Leasing Operations team.

This position will be responsible for preparing and processing client and end-user documentation related to lease and loan transactions, ensuring documents are accurate, complete, and processed within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client and end-user documentation for lease and loan transactions.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Process documents for scanning, retention, and record management.
• Handle incoming mail and process one-time payments as required.
• Work with internal teams to resolve documentation-related issues and requirements.
• Provide support for pricing requests and other operational tasks within the Documentation department.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting established deadlines and service requirements.
• Provide professional support to internal and external clients.
• Follow applicable documentation, funding, credit, and operational policies.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in leasing, lending, banking operations, loan documentation, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial documentation.
• Strong computer/PC skills and ability to learn and navigate multiple software applications.
• Strong mathematical skills and general understanding of basic accounting procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and general office skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
• Strong customer-service orientation.

Interview Process

• Interview will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
• Camera will be required during the interview.
• There may be more than one interview depending on the candidate pool.
