Russell Tobin is hiring a Loan Documentation Specialist for a 3-month W2 contract in Marshall, MN. The role is hybrid—onsite three days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu)—and supports the Equipment Finance/Leasing Operations team with documentation for lease and loan transactions.

The candidate should have 2–4 years in leasing or banking operations, strong attention to detail, solid computer skills, and excellent verbal and written communication. Parking is free onsite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in leasing, lending, banking operations, loan documentation, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail when handling financial documents.
• Proficiency with software and ability to learn multiple applications.
• Strong math skills and basic accounting understanding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and general office skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities.
• Strong customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client and end-user documentation for lease and loan transactions.
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedures.
• Process documents for scanning, retention, and record management.
• Handle incoming mail and process one-time payments as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation-related issues.
• Support pricing requests and other operational tasks in Documentation.
• Maintain high accuracy while meeting deadlines and service requirements.
• Provide professional support to internal and external clients.
• Follow applicable documentation, funding, credit, and operational policies.
