Citizens National Bank is seeking a Junior Loan Processor in Records Management to support the lending area by maintaining and updating files, researching record discrepancies, and completing assigned reports and projects. The role involves assembling loan documentation, tracking and imaging records, and handling insurance and audit-related tasks.

The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 years banking experience preferred.
• Understanding of loan products and services.
• Able to lift 10–15 pounds for moving loan files.

Responsabilités

• Assemble loan documentation for residential, commercial, and consumer loans.
• Track recorded documents and ensure imaging in file.
• Scan daily and historical documents to image system.
• Process paid loans including discharge mortgages and lien releases.
• Maintain life insurance verifications and assist auditors.
• Comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
