Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 3 years banking experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer and loan information into the loan documentation system accurately.
• Assist with loan closing, including packaging, closing and post-closing activities.
• Follow up on document exceptions to minimize delays.
• Assist with past due collections efforts.
• Order and review property title searches, appraisals, flood determinations and income verifications.
• Prepare new loan requests and review financial analysis for accuracy.
• Support loan renewals, modifications and portfolio management.
