Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years banking experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate.
• Strong and demonstrated verbal, written, and listening skills are required.
• Professional telephone skills and manners.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer and loan data into the documentation system and ensure files include all required documents.
• Assist with the loan closing process, including packaging, closing, and post-closing duties.
• Follow up on document exceptions and minimize them.
• Assist with past due collections efforts.
• Order title searches and appraisals; review flood determinations and income verifications.
• Prepare new loan requests by inputting data and gathering financial information.
• Support loan renewals, modifications, and portfolio management.
