Southern Bank is hiring a Loan Document Technician to prepare documents for consumer, real estate, and commercial loans. You will input loan and customer information into the core system and maintain document tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have good communication, solid computer skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required; previous loan processing experience preferred.

Formación

• Previous experience in loan processing or loan-related functions is preferred but not required.
• Good interpersonal communication and computer skills.
• Highly attentive to detail and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong typing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Creates loan documents for all types of loans (consumer, real estate, commercial, secondary market) in a timely manner according to bank and regulatory guidelines.
• Checks that proper authority has been received to create documents.
• Inputs new loan and new customer information into the core system; Maintains document tracking for certain loans.
• Inputs HMDA information into the LAR; Assists with flood program management; Assists with miscellaneous other duties.
