• Correct documents as requested by lenders.
• Answer inquiries from lending staff promptly and professionally.
• Verify accuracy of documents before releasing to lenders.
• Manage placeholders in nCino for onBase offload.
• Upload documentation to onBase as provided.
• Handle tickets and requests in rotation.
• Prepare administrative renewals and complete onBase checklists.
• Maintain alertness and comply with safety requirements.
