Job summary

NBT Financial Bank in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Loan Processor to prepare onboarding loan documents for commercial and consumer loans, and to coordinate real estate documents with the bank's attorney. This role funds loans and uploads files to the 20/20 system, reviews maintenance, and handles branch requests.

Responsibilities include ordering appraisals, reviewing HUD-1 statements, processing payments by phone, and contributing to daily NLR loan reviews.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year prior loan operations experience or as a loan secretary.
• Experience with loan documentation and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents using Onboard platform.
• Order commercial real estate loan documents through bank attorney.
• Fund and upload new and renewed loans to bank system (JHA Xperience).
• Review maintenance reports and handle system maintenance.
• Process payments by phone.
• Be a participant in morning loan review (NLR).
• Order real-estate appraisals per NBT policy and procedures.
• Prepare board reports.
