Job summary

You will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate, timely closings for multiple lending lines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with commercial lending or Loan IQ (system of record).
• Familiarity with commercial credit or commercial loan terminology.
• Experience with reading, interpreting, and analyzing complex legal documentation such as credit agreements and amendments.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to plan, prioritize and manage deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to target messaging to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensures loan documentation and lien perfection meets bank policies and procedures.
• Reviews loan approval and loan documents prepared by counsel for consistency and requirements.
• Completes primary financial booking and initial loan funding.
• Works with Client Managers, Credit Officers, agency management, and internal/external counsel to ensure seamless closings.
