Qualifications

• 2 years banking or lending experience preferred.
• 2 years in a professional work environment required, preferably within a bank, financial institution, or law office.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage closing agents to expedite scheduling of closings within service level expectations.
• Perform post-closing document review and authorize/disbursements as needed.
• Conduct quality control and ensure loan files are complete and properly stored.
• Proactively manage missing or incomplete documents and follow up with agents.
• Answer internal and external inquiries and provide professional service.
