Job summary

First National Bank of Oklahoma is seeking a Credit Admin/Loan Processor to support the Credit Administration and Lending teams. You will prepare loan documents for commercial, consumer, and real estate loans, ensure packages are complete, and coordinate with title and escrow for closings.

You will also book and fund loans timely, perform document review, and cross-train in related duties. The role requires strong detail orientation and knowledge of TRID/regulatory issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of loan documentation experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of loan policies and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents for commercial, consumer, and real estate loans.
• File perfection documents (mortgages, deeds, UCC-1, titles).
• Ensure loan packages are complete for funding and boarding; coordinate with title/escrow for closings.
• Coordinate with colleagues to gather information and complete documentation.
• Book and fund loans timely; scan and index documents into the imaging system.
• Review loan documents pre- and post-documentation; request title work, appraisals, flood determinations.
• Cross-train with other Credit Administrative duties.
