Job summary

Box 468, New Tripoli, PA, is seeking a Loan Processing Support Specialist to assist in preparing and submitting consumer and commercial loan documents. You will handle document assembly, scanning, and data entry into LOS and core systems, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include generating loan letters, reconciling reports, and coordinating tasks with the Credit Department. A high school diploma and banking training, plus some experience, are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; specialized banking training and education required.
• Two years’ banking or finance experience preferred.
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures which impact consumer and mortgage loan documents services; lending policies.
• Proficient keyboarding skills; proficient computer skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new loan documents in LOS and input data into core system for both consumer and commercial loans; review loan files.
• Assemble and scan loan files; process and organize documents per policy.
• Generate and reconcile loan reports; update system records as needed.
• Create letters and forms (insurance, notices, payoff letters); order coupon books.
• Coordinate with Credit Department to ensure smooth information flow; support compliance with BSA/OFAC.
