Formación

• Three to five years of loan-related experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent certification or training.
• Strong communication, analytical and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to use PC and standard office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Close approved loan applications across consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending.
• Review documents, collect conditions, and coordinate closings.
• Maintain relationships with originators, staff, and branches.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide mentoring and support to loan document specialists.
• Support testing and implementation of new processes and systems.
