Job summary

Inceed, L.L.C. is seeking a Loan Data Entry Clerk to support our banking operations in Tulsa.

The role emphasizes accuracy in loan data, maintaining lending records, and collaborating with the loan operations team to ensure compliance and efficiency. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3–4 years of general banking experience, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for new and renewed loans, advances, and payments.
• Review approvals and closing conditions before funding.
• Process loan funding entries and disbursements accurately.
• Maintain loan accounts and servicing records.
• Support monthly reporting and exception review efforts.
• Track covenants and monitoring ticklers as needed.
• Upload and organize electronic loan documents.
• Assist with filings, insurance tracking, and paid-out processing.
• Resolve discrepancies in reports and account balances.
• Provide support for loan operations requests and inquiries.

Compensation:

$ 48000 - $ 56000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
