The role requires 3–5 years of loan processing, knowledge of commercial and consumer lending workflows, and familiarity with Laser Pro and Decision Pro. This onsite position offers a salary of $50,000–$58,000 with benefits and potential branch travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of loan processing experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial loan processing.
• Experience with loan documentation and closing workflows.
• Ability to review documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents for commercial, consumer, and real estate loans.
• Use Laser Pro and Decision Pro for loan processing tasks.
• Order title work, flood certificates, and credit reports.
• Coordinate appraisal orders and appraisal reviews.
• Review loan documents for accuracy before closing and funding; verify loan policy compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Work with title companies on real estate closings.
• Process funding entries for loan disbursements.
• Complete UCC and EFS searches and filings.
• File mortgages, deeds of trust, and lien documentation.
