Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the office or calling by phone.
• Process payments and disclosures; record loan information and verifications.
• Approve loans within lending limits and complete closings as needed.
• Market branch products and services to individuals to build customer base.
• Maintain records, balance cash drawer, and prepare reports.
