Lendmark Financial Services, LLC. seeks a Loan Consultant I to deliver exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions.

The role focuses on building a customer base via sales, loan extensions and merchant referrals, with emphasis on customer experience, business generation, compliance, and achieving monthly goals. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing verifications and payments, approving loans up to limits, preparing reports, and actively marketing

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
0-2 years consumer finance or related experience.
Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office; receive and process verifications and information.
Process payments, distributions, and advise on loan approvals; close loans within limits.
Prepare reports, documentation and file records; operate cash drawer and bank deposits.
Actively market all branch products and services to individuals.
Maintain records, balances and branch closing procedures.
Support management with other duties as assigned.
