Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in consumer finance or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone.
• Process payments and loan-related transactions.
• Approve loans up to established limits and close loans.
• Manage collection accounts via calls and in-person meetings.
• Prepare reports and maintain branch records and cash drawer.
• Actively market branch products and services to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
