Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office or calling by phone.
• Process payments, distributions, and loan approvals within policy.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and close loans.
• Handle collection account activity and customer communications.
• Prepare reports and maintain branch records and cash drawer.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
