Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Loan Consultant II to deliver exceptional customer experiences while providing personal loan solutions. The role focuses on building a customer base through sales, loan extensions and referrals from merchants, with success tied to customer experience, business generation and compliance.

The position requires strong communication, cash handling, and Microsoft Office skills, with a preference for bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in consumer finance or related field is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office and by phone.
• Process payments and loan verifications; assist with loan approvals.
• Handle account activities including collections calls and in-person conversations.
• Prepare reports and maintain branch documentation and cash drawer.
• Market branch products and services to customers.
