Qualifications

• Cash handling, computer skills, and strong customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and deliver accurate results; excellent communication is essential.
• Proficient working knowledge of MS Windows, Excel and Word applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office or calling by phone.
• Process payments and distributions; make recommendations on loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and close loans.
• Handle account activities related to collections and customer communications.
• Maintain documentation, cash drawer, deposits, and branch records.
