Lendmark Financial Services, LLC. is seeking a Loan Consultant II to deliver an outstanding customer experience and provide personal loan solutions. This role emphasizes building a customer base through sales, loan extensions, and referrals, while meeting monthly goals and ensuring compliance and accuracy.

The position focuses on creating a positive customer journey, handling loan processes, and contributing to branch growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–4+ years in consumer finance or related field.
• Cash handling, computer skills, and strong customer service.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word applications.

Responsabilités

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office; receive and process credit and employment verifications.
• Process payments, distributions, and provide loan recommendations or approvals within limits.
• Approve loans up to established lending limits and complete loan closings.
• Handle account activities related to collections; phone and in-person customer interactions.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and records; operate cash drawer and process deposits.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
