The role focuses on building a customer base through sales, loan extensions and referrals, with emphasis on compliance and monthly goals attainment. The position supports cash handling, payments, verifications and loan closings in a busy Spokane Valley environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and calling by phone; process payments and credit verifications; assist loan approvals and closings.
• Prepare reports and documentation; operate cash drawer; maintain records.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Handle account activities related to collection accounts and follow up with customers.
