Qualifications

• Cash handling experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office or calling by phone.
• Receive and process credit and employment verifications; record information.
• Process payments and distributions; make loan-approval recommendations.
• Approve loans within limits; close loans; manage collection account activity.
• Prepare reports, correspondence and transaction documentation.
• Operate cash drawer; process deposits; balance records and branch closing.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
