Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and solicit customers entering the office or calling by phone.
• Process credit and employment verifications and record information.
• Process payments and distributions; make recommendations regarding loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and complete loan closings.
• Handle account activities related to collections and customer communications.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Operate cash drawer, process deposits, and close the branch.
• Actively market all branch products and services.
