Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience.
Cash handling and basic computer skills required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Greet, assist and solicit customers in person and by phone.
Process payments, verify and record information for loans.
Approve loans within lending limits and close loan files.
Maintain records, balance cash drawer, and prepare reports.
Actively market branch products and services to customers.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
