Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 0–2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling and computer skills.
• Customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals in person and by phone, verify information.
• Process payments and distributions; advise on loan approvals.
• Approve loans within lending limits and handle related account activity.
• Prepare reports and records; maintain cash drawer and deposits.
• Market branch products and services to customers; perform other duties as assigned.
