Woodforest National Bank in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Commercial Loan Booker to ensure accurate booking and timely funding of loans. You will review loan documents and process payments and disbursements in line with final loan documents.

The role requires knowledge of commercial loan documentation, strong attention to detail, and ability to work with internal and external parties. A minimum of 1 year in commercial loan operations is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree encouraged.

Competenze

• 1+ years of Commercial loan operations experience.
• Middle Market and Participations/Syndications preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensures loans are booked properly to the core system according to the final set of loan documents and loan approval.
• Processes payments, disbursements, changes, and other transactions in accordance with final loan documents.
• Performs quality reviews of Commercial loan files for accuracy as it relates to compliance with bank loan policies and procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of all aspects of Commercial loan documentation, understanding of legal entities and loan documents such as notes, security agreements, loan/credit agreements, etc.
• Reviews final documents for completion and accuracy and ensures credit memo, loan approval system and credit agreement are consistent.
