Responsibilities

• Complete loan boarding functions for all Commercial and Consumer loans.
• Perform daily review for new loan data fields to ensure accuracy.
• Establish person record and board new mortgage loans in the DNA core system.
• Convert construction-permanent loans and complete loan modifications.
• Verify loan packages contain required documents and coding.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Perform daily/monthly audits and reconciliations as assigned.
• Manage follow-ups on missing collateral and trailing documents.
• Clear trailing items from multiple business units.
• Scan reviews to Nautilus.
