Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Mortgage industry, mortgage servicing and/or quality control experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates loan servicing and boarding activities for primarily real estate loans.
• Review loan data for accuracy and completeness of investor requirements.
• Update internal systems regarding loan status and service trajectory.
• Ensure compliance with RESPA, TILA and investor guidelines.
• Answer servicing questions via phone, email, or other methods.
