Job summary

The Fay Group is a real estate and mortgage services firm delivering solutions across loan servicing, property management, and mortgage originations. This role focuses on auditing and reviewing investor, client, counterparty, and rating agency requests, coordinating across internal departments, and ensuring timely, compliant responses for SVP final approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
• Experience in mortgage servicing or lending is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, reading, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audit/review process for investor, client, counterparty and rating agency requests.
• Assign and delegate items to internal departments; compile responses for SVP approval.
• Monitor deadlines for pre-audit/review materials and requests; ensure timely delivery.
• Manage regular data file/reporting to counterparties and rating agencies.
• Provide administrative support to the Legal Department and General Counsel; maintain high service levels.
