Job summary

The Fay Group is a fully integrated real estate and mortgage services firm with 1,100+ professionals across 10 U.S. locations, offering services from loan servicing to property management and mortgage originations.

This role focuses on auditing and reviewing investor, client, counterparty, and rating agency requests, coordinating internal departments, and delivering complete documentation for SVP approval. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school diploma/GED with relevant experience.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and communicate effectively with management and third parties.
• Experience in mortgage servicing or lending is a plus.
• Experience in a legal department is desired.
• 1+ year of administrative tasks experience.
• Experience with Black Knight LoanSphere and MSP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit/review process for investor, client, counterparty, and rating agency requests.
• Assign and delegate request items to appropriate internal departments.
• Compile final responses and documentation for SVP final approval.
• Ensure deadlines for pre-audit materials and requests are met.
• Manage regular data file/reporting to counterparties and rating agencies.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Legal Department and General Counsel.
