The Fay Group is a full-service real estate and mortgage services firm delivering loan servicing, property management, mortgage originations, renovations, and insurance across 10 U.S. locations.

This role focuses on audit/review workflows for investor and client requests, ensuring timely, accurate responses and coordinating with internal departments and the Legal team. You will manage deadlines, prepare documentation for pre-audit materials, and provide top-notch service to internal stakeholders

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma/GED required

Mansioni

• Audit/review process for investor, client, counterparty and rating agency requests; review initial materials and delegate items to internal departments
• Compile responses and documentation; submit to SVP for final approval
• Manage deadlines for pre-audit/review materials and requests; oversee data file/reporting for counterparties and rating agencies
• Provide administrative assistance to Legal Department, including General Counsel
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external requestors
