Qualifications

• 1–2 years of banking, lending, customer service, or office experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of lending and loan documentation is helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to two Loan Administrators.
• Assist with processing and closing new loans by organizing documents and tracking items.
• Review loan files for missing or incomplete documentation and resolve routine issues.
• Assist with loan servicing, including processing payments and payoffs.
• Maintain accurate loan files, including scanning and filing collateral records.
• Contact insurance agents, title companies, borrowers, and others to obtain documents.
• Track insurance, title, collateral and other outstanding items.
• Assist with loan documentation reviews, audits, and department reporting.
